Authentic Alignment is a paced, drip-fed 12-week online journey guiding sensitive, shut-down, or survival-wired souls back to their most authentic and abundant selves — not by fixing themselves, but by releasing what was never truly them to begin with.
This work supports the soma (body), the subconscious, and the Self beneath survival, so that life no longer feels like something you’re enduring — but something you’re embodying.
Why this work exists
On my own personal and professional path — from a “Type A” overachiever in academia, to corporate consultant, to working with women as both a conventional health and fitness coach and later an integrative holistic health coach — I witnessed the same pattern — again, and again.
Beneath the discipline-driven doing lay the same rotten roots: chronic self-abandonment, suppressed emotion, and a deep, quiet exhaustion that often tipped into dissatisfaction or depression.
Many of the people who find this work are outwardly capable and inwardly depleted.
You may look “high-functioning” on the outside — capable, caring, competent — while inside your body feels braced, numb, or never quite at rest.
Like them, you may have tried:
therapy that gave language
but not liberation
mindset work
that only addresses 5% of the mind and memory, of which the other 95% reside in the subconscious — the soma
protocols that supported the symptoms
but not sustainably (it’s like tending the petals but not the roots of a plant that is rotting)
And yet the cycles persist. Rinse, repeat.
Not because you’re broken — but because your body learned to survive before it learned to feel safe to be seen.
When authenticity is suppressed in favour of attachment, performance, or protection, the body bears the burden.
Over time, this shows up as:
chronic fatigue, anxiety, digestive or hormonal symptoms
perfectionism, people-pleasing, over-functioning or numbness
a quiet sense of “I don’t know who I am anymore”
Symptoms become signposts.
Patterns become prisons.
And survival strategies start to masquerade as “personality traits.”
Authentic Alignment exists because no amount of insight can override a nervous system still organised around survival.
Change begins when the soma (and soul) feels safe enough to soften, speak and step back into Self.

1. Regulation & Resourcing
We begin with safety — because without safety in the body, nothing else can land.
This phase builds the capacity to:
soften chronic fight, flight, freeze or fawn stress states
develop somatic safety and self-trust
stabilise the system through nourishment, movement and daily rituals
This is not about becoming “perfectly regulated”. It is about building enough safety to stay present with sensation, emotion and truth.

2. Resolution, Release & Rewriting
Once safety is present, the system can soften and the soma starts to share what was suppressed.

unravel subconscious beliefs keeping survival patterns in place
This is not chaos or catharsis for the sake of it. It is completion — nervous system, emotional, and identity-level.

About your guide
I’m Meadhbh — certified integrative health coach, somatic trauma-informed guide, Spinal Energetics practitioner, and Compassionate Inquiry trainee.
I didn’t create Authentic Alignment as a product.
I designed it as a pilgrimage I first walked myself.
I was a textbook Type A, overachieving perfectionist — first-class honours student in my undergraduate business degree and Masters of Science, turned corporate consultant — until I hit rock bottom three months in.
I could not build a body of work I did not embody. So I became both the student and the subject.
Authentic Alignment is the fruit of that fusion — the distillation of everything I have learned, lived, and integrated.
